We hop on a 30 minute kickoff call to deep dive into systems, numbers, and goals (both business and personal). We will also review the questionnaire that I sent out prior to this call.
I then take everything and build out your custom CFO dashboard with budgeting, monthly cash flow projections and KPI tracking to create a financial strategy to meet your specific goals.

We then get on a 50 minute call to review the strategy and your custom CFO dashboard.
If you’re wondering, "How does this work if I have a bookkeeper?" I actually prefer if you DO have a bookkeeper for this offer because this ensures the numbers I'm working with are accurate (or should be 😜).
Afterwards you can then implement this strategy and make any adjustments with the reports your bookkeeper is giving you.
You will have 2 weeks of Voxer support as you start to implement your financial strategy.
